When you need an egg donor program, it is important to find one that provides guarantees of high success rates.
Dr Demián Glujovsky works in a large Egg Donor Program in Buenos Aires, Argentina (with ISO 9001 certification of quality). Every year, more than 550 women/couples receive donor eggs. Clinical pregnancy rates are 60-65%. We are experienced at coordinating the egg donor process from abroad; about 20% of couples come from outside Argentina, mainly the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Clinical pregnancy rate is around 60-65%. Egg donation is highly effective and safe when it is done in a protocolled practice, following international statements based on clinical evidence. Our program guarantees at least 6 mature eggs (average 8-9) and a blastocyst transfer.
We guarantee that a minimum of 6 mature eggs (the average is 8-9) will be allocated to each recipient. And we also guarantee that at least one blastocyst (day 5 embryo) will be transferred.
Around 85% of recipients have more than one blastocyst and can freeze them for a second attempt. Implantation rate of frozen blastocysts is very high, giving a new chance to get a pregnancy in the future.
Our donors are screened following most of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) guidelines. Their medical personal and familial history is assessed by a geneticist. They have an infectious (HIV, hepatitis B and C and syphilis) and genetic (karyotype and a large panel a genetic diseases using Recombine) screening. They also are evaluated by a psychologist.
Average time from the day you decide to receive donated eggs to the day the embryos are transferred to your uterus is about 2-3 months. One of the advantages of such a large egg donation program is that everything is performed in very short time.
Dr. Demián Glujovsky will be your doctor from the first minute until the day that you get pregnant. He has a large experience in the egg donor program as he has set this program as it is now. Dr. Glujovsky will give you the support that you need, with a fluid communication by e-mail, phone or Skype. He is used to take care of patients coming from abroad.
After doing all the screening tests at your residence city, you will start the endometrium preparation (Dr. Glujovsky will give you a detailed schedule). When your lining is ready, you will fly to Argentina for only 10 days. In those 10 days, you will meet Dr. Glujovsky in person, the IVF will be performed, and the embryo transfer will be done too. After that, you can go back home, where you will have the pregnancy test.
